The registration fee covers camping, program, and all meals from Saturday breakfast to Sunday lunch. There are no discounts for people who opt out of meals. Campers should bring extra cash for snacks, the book store, concessions, etc.
Meals The meal menu will be posted on the website in September. Most menu items avoid nuts but we do not guarantee that foods are completely free of nut-related products. For people with special food needs we encourage them to make there own arrangements. The tuck shop will be open daily.
Camp Sites and Cabins Each church group must provide its own trailers or tents for accommodation on the grounds. Locations will be assigned at final registration on Friday, Sept. 21. We cannot guarantee access to hydro or water. There are a limited number of cabins on the grounds normally with 8 beds/unit. These are available for $50.00/unit but must be reserved by phone or e-mail in advance. Consideration will be given for the distance your group must travel to get to the camp if you make your reservation prior to Sept. 2nd.
Step 2 One leader appointed as your registrar collects all of the completed registration forms and fees. Cheques from students should be payable to your church.
Step 3 Using the forms you have collected your registrar will register your group online. Using the online process they will be able to add and change names as your group grows. Step 4 Payment can be made using either credit card (during the online process or by cheque. Cheques should be payable to Evangelical Missionary Youth. Your payment should include a $20.00 garbage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you when your campsite has been cleaned and you are ready to leave the retreat.
Step 5 Late registrations should be add using the online registration system. Questions about registration at email@example.com or 519-894-9800 ext.251.
Step 6 Your registrar should bring to the retreat the completed individual registration forms for each person registered, and one cheque to cover any balance owing. When you arrive at the camp only your registrar should report to the office to hand in your individual registration forms, pay the balance owing, and receive wristbands, schedules, etc. for your group.
Payment Options There are three ways to pay the registration fee: 1. Pay using credit card when you register students online at www.jrpitch.com 2. Pay by sending in the credit card payment form available on our website (www.jrpitch.com). 3. Bring cash or a single cheque with you to JR Pitch.
