If you were asked to volunteer by a member of the leadership team and have not filled out a form please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
JR Pitch depends on the help of a dedicated team of volunteers. Maybe you or your kids have grown up with Pitch & Praise and you want to give something back to this ministry. Maybe you've simply heard about it and want to help with a ministry that's changing lives. Consider joining our volunteer team this year.
We’re looking for men or women of godly character, 16 or older, who will set a good example in conduct and attitude for the campers and other volunteers. There are a variety of jobs to be done and we attempt to get our volunteers working in their area of interest but we need people who are flexible with respect to the details of their service. Volunteers should plan to arrive ready to serve, early Friday evening, and be prepared to stay through the end of clean up mid-Sunday afternoon. Accommodations are limited but in most cases we can provide accommodation if you don't have your own. Adherence to our accommodation policy is expected, namely guys only in guys accommodations and girls only in girls accommodations. Your meals are provided. You will need to bring your own bedding, towels, spending money for tuck, etc.
Specific Areas of Service Below is a description of the general areas of service. Volunteers will be selected on the basis of our needs and the skills and references of applicants. Thoughtful consideration is given to your preferred area of service but we cannot guarantee placement in that area. To apply for a volunteer position, please fill-out the on-line application here.
